The process usually involves heating the mold parts to a very high temperature and then cooling them down at a controlled rate. This changes the microstructure of the steel, making it stronger and more resistant to wear and heat.
We monitor the heat treatment process closely. We use sensors to measure the temperature inside the furnace and make sure it stays within the specified range. If the temperature is too high or too low, it can affect the quality of the heat treatment.

Assembly and Testing
